Shipping Policies

aarambhcompany.com offers free shipping across India. Every mural or wallpaper is unique and printed on demand. Each order is treated as a custom order to ensure the best image quality, correct width-to-height ratio, and premium material finish.

We are committed to delivering your order in excellent condition and within the promised time frame. Except for Sundays and public holidays, we ship seven days a week using reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. If a priority courier service is unavailable in your area, the order will be shipped via one of our standard shipping partners.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched via FedEx or other reputed international courier services. To check service availability in your area, please add the product to your cart and verify shipping options during checkout. Shipping timelines for international orders are estimates and may vary based on courier feasibility.

Import Duty, Customs & Taxes

Customs or import duties, if applicable, may be charged by the courier company at the time of delivery. These charges are to be borne by the customer. If there are any additional charges, our team will inform you via email before dispatch.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple items?

Each product’s shipping cost is calculated separately. When multiple products are ordered, the total shipping cost is the sum of individual delivery charges. For multiple products, delivery fees are calculated per item.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within three working days or by the delivery date specified at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 7–8 business days. All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

What if the product arrives damaged?

If you receive a product in damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and return it to the courier partner. Also, inform us immediately by emailing support@aarambhcompany.com or contacting us through our website.
We will ensure you receive a replacement at no additional cost. Please keep the original packaging and product tags intact while returning the item.
